Heating elements made of Kanthal wire in coil form wrapped on the muffle, embedded in high grade refractory cement and backed by HIGH DENSITY CERAMIC FIBRE BLANKET, which avoids loss of heat.  The temperature is controlled by digital temperature indicator cum controller. For the models of Maximum temperature of 1000°C, the working temperature is 900°C and for higher temperature models, the maximum temperature is 1200°C and the working temperature is 1100°C
