B.O.D. INCUBATOR (LOW TEMP.)  'U-TECH' MAKE:  

 

Double walled, inner made of Stainless Steel 304 quality, outer made of thick best quality Mild Steel the surface of which is primer coated for anti rusting and is duly white stove powder coated paint. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Inner chamber is provided with 2/3 nos. perforated stainless steel shelves with ribs to adjust the shelves at desirable height. Provided with double door, inner made of thick transparent full view glass and outer door is double walled metallic properly insulated with glass wool and also provided with best quality handle, gasket, lock etc. Provided with door operated illumination lamp. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels. Temp. Range is from 5°C to 60°C and is controlled by electronically controlled by PID Microprocessor Controller with PT-100 sensor. This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy in maintaining the temperature. Temp. Is maintained with an accuracy of + 0.5°C. Cooling is done with ISI Mark compressor of KIRLOSKAR make which is connected to thick copper coils placed in the rear of the chamber through condenser, fan motor, capacitor, relay etc. Whole cooling unit is placed below the main chamber in a GI housing. CFC Free, Environment friendly.  Heating is done with ISI mark strip type heaters placed near the cooling coils. Air is circulated by 2-nos. ISI mark Silicon bind motors, which are connected to balanced blowers, which operates alternatively and continuously with heating and cooling. Provided with On/Off switch, Indicators, Digital Controllers etc.

HUMIDITY & TEMPERATURE CONTROL CABINET (REFRIGERATED) 'U-TECH' MAKE:

 

Suitable for carrying out different quality control tests under controlled conditions of temperature & humidity. Inner chamber consists of S.S. & outer wall of M.S. sheet duly powder coated. The gap of 75 mm. between the outer & inner wall is fitted with special grade glass wool/puff insulation to prevent thermal losses.  A self cooler air circulation fan is fitted to maintain uniform temperature & humidity conditions throughout the chamber temp. Range from 10°C to 60°C is controlled by MICRO PROCESSOR PID CONTROLLER with an accuracy of ±0.5ºc. Temp. Humidity is controlled through the desire set humidity range from 30% RH to 95% RH ± 3% RH.

Heavy duty robust construction with Inner chamber made of stainless steel-304and outer made of Mild Steel sheet duly enamel painted. Glass window allowsinspection of samples without disturbing the inner chamber temperature. Fourstainless steel adjustable shelves are provided with the unit. Air circulation fan isalso fitted to the unit for temperature uniformity. Temperature range from 10° Cto 60° C±2° C is controlled by Dual Setting Microprocessor PID Controller andhumidity is controlled by Microprocessor PID controller from ambient to 95% ±3%RH. Arrangement exists only for increasing the humidity and not for decreasing.Fitted with exterior illumination achieved by fluorescent tube and 0-24 cyclictimer. To work on 220/230 volts AC supply.
