These are overhead clean air modules mounted with Stainless steel frame on the ground.  Units can be built with / without casters so the clean enclosure can be moved over equipment or used to isolate a controlled process. It is basically used for filling, refilling weighing and sampling / Dispensing of Raw Material, Basic Compounds Active Compounds. It works on the principal of Laminar Air Flow with HEPA Filters & Pre-Filters. This will act as a CLASS 100 Room.
Protection of the personnel in the cabinet from the processed substances by vertical flow with Reverse Flow of clean air protection of the raw and intermediate products to be processed. Also Consist of Motor Blower, U.V Lamp, Fluorescent Lamp.

ROTARY VACUUM EVAPORATOR (BUCHI TYPE) (VARIABLE SPEED) 'U-TECH' MAKE:

The apparatus consists of an evaporating flask rotated by sparking induction motor in a heating water bath. Vacuum distillation of solvent at high and low temperature is achieved quickly and efficiently by use of a VARIABLE SPEED motor, which prevents foaming and bumping of the liquid (solvent) into the evaporating flask and also distillation under controlled atmosphere. The Temperature is up to 100 Degree C and is controlled by PID Microprocessor PID Controller with Digital R.P.M. The evaporating flask is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation and is clamped to a glass duct which goes through the drive unit and protrudes about 120 m.m. into the condenser. The condenser is fitted with standard joint at the top and the bottom for receiver flask. The unit is fitted with a quick action jack and digital water bath.

HOT AIR OVEN (Advance Model) ‘U-TECH' MAKE:

Outer body made of heavy duty M. Steel duly powder coated, inner body made up of S.S-304. Triple wall chamber with tubular Air heater. The gap in Double wall is fitted by high grade glass wool 75mm. Temperature range ambient +5 to 250°C ± 1°C ± is controlled by PID Microprocessor controller and heavy duty Air Circulating Motor and Blower. Inner chamber is provided with 2 nos. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made of Kanthal A-One Ni-chrome tubular air heater.

DEEP FREEZER ‘U-TECH' MAKE (-80 °C)   

Double walled with inner chamber made of S.S. 304 and outer of thick PCRC sheet duly powder coating painted. Temperature range from ambient to -80°C is achieved by hermetically sealed dual compressor. The gap between the inner and outer wall is filled with high grade PUF Insulation (6”) to avoid thermal loss. Body is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame and is mounted on castor wheels. Unit is fitted with Microprocessor PID controller. Vertical types models are supplied in a single compartment are supplied with 2/3 storing shelves.

GARMENT STORAGE CABINET ‘U TECH’ MAKE:

These specially designed cabinets provide a wash of sterile filtered with Outer body made up of Mild Steel powder coated painted/Stainless steel-304 and Inner body made up of Stainless Steel-304. Clean air through HEPA Filters having an efficiency of 99.97% down to 0.3 micron particle size. This cabinet protects dust and other particulates on clean room garments or other materials. For use in the change Room for garment storage & inside the clean room for storage of materials.

Safety Features: Our safety controller is having Three safety cut-off (see graph below):

• Lower temperature cut-off (above set Point)
• Higher temperature cut-off (above set Point)
• Lower temperature cut-off (below set Point)
• The LED (LO1) blinks when temperature is undershoot below the lower set Point (Lower cut-off: Below set point)
• The LED (LO2) blinks when temperature is overshoot above the set Point (Lower cut-off: Above set point)
• The LED (HT) blinks when temperature is overshoot above the set Point (Higher Cut-off: Above set point)
• The LED (BT) blinks when water is not present in the boiler tank.
• Microprocessor based Safety Controller (Auto Reset) which will be cut off the heater Output Supply in case of over shoot of Low Set Temperature and it gives overshoot indication and alarm.
• One Pt-100 Sensor Fitted inside the chamber. This will show the actual temperature on Safety Controller.

For Boiler Safety System:

• Thermostat is fitted in the boiler tank. Boiler Safety Circuit will cut off the Chamber Output Supply in case Off Low Water Level and it gives overshoot indication and alarm
• For Temperature Safety System: Two Safety set Points are available. One is Lower Set Pont and other is Higher Set Point.
• If Temperature gets Over Shoot above the Lower Set Point, Higher Safety will be cut off the Heater Supply.
• If Temperature gets Over Shoot above the Higher Set Point, Higher Safety will be cut off the Chamber Power Supply. Work on 220/230Volts AC.

BIOLOGICAL SAFETY CABINET 'U-TECH' MAKE:

Detailed Specification for Biological Safety Cabinet:

The cabinet is made GI powder coating painted/Stainless Steel-304. The work table is made of Heavy gauge S.S. sheet and is fitted with U.V. Germicidal Light, static pressure Manometer, Exhaust System (suitable for 6 feet duck) and Virus Burn out Unit. Side panels are made out of thick transparent plexi glass duly framed. The unit is fitted with pre-filter and HEPA Filter. Air is drawn through pre-filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filter shaving efficiency retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Using a dynamic balancing machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor of 1/4 H.P. capacity operates with minimum noise level. The working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit. The height of the working table provides a comfortable “SIT DOWN” working position for the operator. In addition to the above futures of a standard Vertical Laminar Flow Bench, the Bio-safe cabinets have arrangements for re-circulating a part of the air thus creating highest level of clean air.

The unit is also convertible to the conventional vertical laminar flow bench with downward air flow by lifting the sliding front door upwards. Air is sucked through the pre-filter and the excess air is thrown out from the top. Thorough a HEPA filter of size 1' x 1' x 6'’. Supplied with glove ports and gauntlets, HEPA filter, pre-filter, U.V. light and fluorescent light.
