TRAY DRYER 'U-TECH' MAKE:

 

Double walled, mounted on sturdy angle iron frame. Outer made up of Mild Steel powder coated painted/SS-304 and Inner made up of Complete Stainless Steel-304. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with 75mm thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Provided with double walled door with a system to prevent its opening. Door is provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. Provided with brackets to support the heavily laden trays at different heights. Temp. Range is from ambient to 150°C with an accuracy of ± 3°C or as desired by you and is controlled by Microprocessor PID controller with PT-100 sensor. Heating is done with ISI mark heating elements made from Ni-chrome heating wire placed in the sides of the chamber. Motor blower system in the side of the chamber to maintain the uniformity of the temp. Throughout the chamber. Works on 220V/440V and 50HZ single phase A.C. provided with exhaust shaft on the top of the body.

STEAM STERLIZER RECTANGULAR HIGH PRESSURE 'U-TECH' MAKE:

Same as cylindrical high pressure steam sterilizer but in rectangular shape. Outside made of Heavy Duty rolled Steel /stainless steel, inside made of thick Stainless Steel, triple walled. Door made of Thick Stainless Steel. Properly insulated Steam Generator is made of Heavy duty Stainless Steel. Pressure control device is fitted in all electrically operated steam sterilizer. Provided with “Piezostat” (Pressure Control Device). It cut off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energies the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point.

Boiler is made from thick stainless steel sheet suitable located under the sterilizer. High grade flanged type heating elements are placed in the from side for easy replacement etc. Fitted with water gauge made of glass for water level, safety valve, water inlet and drain valves.

Provided with self locking safety door which cannot be opened when the chamber is under pressure. The clutch mechanism automatically disengages the threads of the radial locking system for precluding any eventuality of accident when the chamber is under pressure. A heat resistant neoprene rubber gasket is provided for totally safety of the Instrument.

Provided with electrically operated PIEZOSTAT, which economics the power consumption and limits the use of release valve which would frequently blow steam into the room. It cuts off the power supply to heaters when the set pressure is achieved and re-energies the heater when pressure falls down.

Two separate valves are provided for evacuating air and steam from inner chamber and jacket .A steam trap is fitted in the chamber discharge line to eliminate the condensate automatically. Panel consist of pressure control switch, main on/off switch, Indicators, relays etc.The sterilizer is provided with triple safety. First with pressure control switch , Two nos. spring loaded safety valves, and a dead weight safety valve.A PLUG SCREEN prevents the discharge line from choking. And it can easily be removed for cleaning. A power full ejector  circulates the air throughout the chamber.

The bath has an oscillating tray riding on ball rollers oscillated through a geared variable speed motor. Shaking speed range is between 40 to 140 cycles per minute. GYRATORY SIEVE SHAKER  ''U-TECH'' MAKE:

To carry upto 7 sieves of 8” dia it is driven by 1/4 HP electric motor, through reduction gear. The sieve table doesn’t rotate but is inclined from the vertical axis the direction. In addition to the gyratory motion of the table, there is an upward and downward movement ensuring that each square inch of the sieve is utilised. To works on on 220/230 Volts single phase AC.
