Safety Features: Our safety controller is having Three safety cut-off (see graph below):

• Lower temperature cut-off (above set Point)
• Higher temperature cut-off (above set Point)
• Lower temperature cut-off (below set Point)
• The LED (LO1) blinks when temperature is undershoot below the lower set Point (Lower cut-off: Below set point)
• The LED (LO2) blinks when temperature is overshoot above the set Point (Lower cut-off: Above set point)
• The LED (HT) blinks when temperature is overshoot above the set Point (Higher Cut-off: Above set point)
• The LED (BT) blinks when water is not present in the boiler tank.
• Microprocessor based Safety Controller (Auto Reset) which will be cut off the heater Output Supply in case of over shoot of Low Set Temperature and it gives overshoot indication and alarm.
• One Pt-100 Sensor Fitted inside the chamber. This will show the actual temperature on Safety Controller.

For Boiler Safety System:

• Thermostat is fitted in the boiler tank. Boiler Safety Circuit will cut off the Chamber Output Supply in case Off Low Water Level and it gives overshoot indication and alarm
• For Temperature Safety System: Two Safety set Points are available. One is Lower Set Pont and other is Higher Set Point.
• If Temperature gets Over Shoot above the Lower Set Point, Higher Safety will be cut off the Heater Supply.
• If Temperature gets Over Shoot above the Higher Set Point, Higher Safety will be cut off the Chamber Power Supply. Work on 220/230Volts AC.

PLANT GROWTH CHAMBER ‘U-TECH'' MAKE:

It has outer wall made of M.S.sheet duly powder coated & inner wall made up of heavy gauge Stainless Steel Sheet. The gap between inner & outer wall is fitted with high grade glass wool/Puff to avoid thermal loss. Besides outer double walled door, a full view inner glass door allows inspection of test samples without disturbing the inner chamber conditions. Unit is supplied with three adjustable perforated shelves. Temp. range from 5ºc to 50ºc ± 1ºc is controlled by Dual Setting MICRO PROCESSOR DIGITAL TEMP. INDICATOR-CUM-CONTROLLER so as to set two different temperatures for Day & Night. Exterior illumination with fluorescent tubes fitted on both sides of the chamber accounts for artificial day light, & the cyclic illumination conditions are regulated by automatic 0-24 hrs. timer when all the tubes are on temp. from 15ºc to 50ºc ± 1ºc can be from ambient to 50ºc & the same is achieved by means of injecting steam. An arrangement for increasing the humidity is provided & not for decreasing.

Mortuary Chamber used for storing cadaverous under low temperature cool conditions in order to prevent decomposition. These units are double walled with outer made of MS Sheet duly painted and inner walls of SS Trays made of GI Sheet to carry dead bodies are provided with handles so as to carry dead bodies. Trays travel on rollers fitted with ball bearings for easy movement. Hermetically sealed compressor serves refrigeration unit, to maintain temperature range of -2° C to 5° C or -15° C to -20° C (as ordered) Unit is fitted with Digital Temperature Indicator-cum -Controller.
