Body made of thick Stainless sheet 304 quality. Top lid is made of transparent see through plexi glass. Variable speed rotary shaker platform is fitted with imported DC driven motor for continuous operation. Unit is also fitted with digital RPM/Speed indicator. Shaking platform can accommodate 16 flask of 250 / 500ml or 25 flask or 100ml or 36 flask of 50ml provided at the base of incubator so as to shake Erlenmeyer flasks. Variable speed motor is fitted outside of the inner chamber at the base. Complete unit is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Temperature range from ambient to 70°C is controlled by Digital Temperature Indicator cum controller with an accuracy of 0.5°C. Provided fitted with air circulation fan for temperature uniformity.

INCUBATOR BACTERIOLOGICAL (ADVANCED MODEL) ‘U-TECH’ MAKES:

 

Outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated / Painted inner made up S.S 304. Triple wall chamber with Tubular Air Heater. The gap in double wall is fitted by high grade glass wool 75mm. Temperature range ambient +5 to 60°C is controlled by Microprocessor PID Controller and heavy duty air circulating motor and Blower. Inner Chamber is provided with 3 Nos. heating is done with ISI mark Heating elements made of Kanthal A-one Ni- Chrome tubular air heater

These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated / Painted inner made up of anodized aluminum or SS sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated selves to convenient height.

The door is fitted with glass viewing window to facilitate inspection of sample without disturbing the test temperature. Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor PID Controller and its range from ambient to 90°C ± 0.5°C. An L- shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to unit for reading the chamber temperature. Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of unit. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply.
